I'm Corey Miller. I design, build, and ship cross-platform apps — from a tech tutor that older adults actually trust, to business tools for landscapers, to a cyberpunk audio-drama universe. Every screen here was researched, tested, and shipped by one person.
I came to design through code — a self-taught developer who realized his interfaces weren't as good as his backend. The Google UX Design Certificate gave me the framework; shipping real apps to real users made it a habit. Every screen in every project goes through the same loop:
Under the hood: React + TypeScript frontends, Capacitor for native iOS and Android, Firebase for auth and data, Cloud Run backends that keep API keys off the client, and app review battle scars documented in every case study — because knowing how something ships is part of the craft.
Ceymer Studios LLC is a registered Pennsylvania company — and it's one person. I started building on a tablet with AI-assisted tools and worked up to real architectural decisions across Firebase, Cloud Run, and native platform tooling on both app stores. I hold the Google UX Design Professional Certificate and I'm working through the IBM iOS & Android Mobile App Developer Certificate.
When I'm not shipping, I'm writing and producing Hum City with John Vogel, or listening to more folk and bluegrass than is probably reasonable.
